Supporting Carers & Family Members affected by Someone Else's Substance Use

In Somerset, we are committed to developing support services for carers and family members affected by someone else's drug/alcohol use. The purpose of this survey is to identify the support needs of carers and family members in Somerset. The survey findings will help the Somerset Drug and Alcohol Action Team (DAAT) and its partners to plan and deliver quality services that meet the needs of carers and family members living in the county. The survey should only take 10-15 minutes of your time. The closing date is Wed, 7th January 2009.

The Somerset DAAT is a partnership of public sector agencies including Somerset Primary Care Trust, Somerset County Council, Police and Probation who work together to implement national drug and alcohol strategies at a local level. Please note that this survey is being conducted by an independent research company, Evidence Base Ltd. We would like to reassure you that the information you provide in this survey will remain strictly confidential.
